We regretfully inform you that one of our on-premises customers in the Netherlands was identified as positive Covid-19. The said customer was in close contact with our employee Marije, during performing periodic preventative system maintenance on their premises.
Therefore, she has submitted to the necessary tests and diagnoses and, fortunately, was identified negative, however, she is currently subject to 14-days quarantine in her house as per the World Health Organization and the Center for Disease Control in Amsterdam.
As an additional precautionary measure, we took the decision to temporarily pause the preventive maintenance schedule with all our on-premises customers around the globe and to limit the maintenance requests to these which cannot be troubleshooted or resolved remotely.
